i traveled with 3 kids and was left with nothing to do
elevator in the morning was never clean room was not cleaned every day (we stayed 7nights with kids) and when
if i hadnt had exhausted kids with me id have asked to change rooms
they had 2 queens plus a sofa pull-out bed which is great because i have older kids that don t want to share

arrived 9 am, out of sausage, waffle batter, understable full of kids, patrons
people are walking into the elevator with you while you follow the rules and they with their kids have no mask
breakfast selection was horrible and the pool area was out of control with kids and music

thing i feel uncomfortable is the pool - my kids were played in the pool about an hour, the older one s hand

didn't like the fact a lady was stuck with a lot of kids, with no help from the staff when she needed a jump

it's missing screws, the bathroom door is ridiculously heavy and the lock gets stuck so 2 of my kids actually
the only reason we booked this hotel was for the kids to swim
there were a lot of younger kids (military) but it was not bothersome at all
my a/c didn't work it was so hot my kids were crying they were uncomfortable
