the pool and hot tub were great entertainment for the kids and although we didn t get a chance to use it,
i believe they ran out bc there were so many kids
are all like that so its not really a negative or the hotels fault just a side note if you have kids
especially the swimming pool, our kids very enjoy it
garden with kids area & pets to have fun with them , may be also riding horse

worse were the screaming and playful kids; front desk ladies should put in some effort to put a welcoming smile
staff was so helpful and friendly, pool was open for the kids upon reserving it, great tv options, thank you
the bathtub was not very clean and a microwave in the room would have helped with our kids

bit noisy due to guests with a barking dog and running kids in corridors
very bad design for families with kids and elders
the spa tub was great and the workers were very friendly.

non-smoking room with my kids and gave me a smoking room and bottle of fabreeze

2 of the staff found our tablet in the parking lot (fell off the cart ) the girls went through some of the pics
plus you get their simple but very nice breakfast bar included

my kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
that smell was coming inside of our room where my kids were staying in
pool and hot tub were a little dirty due to previous guest and kids with dirty diapers in the pool
my kids are 12 & 8 and they loved the indoor pool and the miniature golf course
kids liked pool & activities. we enjoyed hot tub.

but the coaches seemed unaware where the kids were and what they were doing

and the whirlpool tub and fireplace was beautiful and relaxing
our unit had a handicap parking so that was very convenient

it s a good space for kids to have fun and parents to relax a bit
but instead the guy changed the prices on both the adult meal n kids meal prices to make up the difference not
activities for the kids
the indoor water park and other amenities (arcade, ping pong, lake) were great for the kids.
and young kids in the hot tub i have young kids myself they knew they were not to be in

kids enjoyed the pool - nothing huge but allowed them to burn off some energy

parents letting kids (not babies) be inappropriate by yelling none stop from 4am through 10am
as a family with kids we prefer a door with a lock

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around
there is plenty of parking lot and there's no charge for it which is very nice, our kids went to the waterpark
d like that it was a family, friendly resort unfortunately this place is not for kids
pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18
park busted, closed when open freezing water all kids water park was closed

the rooms good with small kids, not with 3 adults in the small room with two beds
there was no hot water in the shower and the wifi could only be used if you walked outside
