advisor told us the heated pool was open ( its why we picked this hotel, we have kids) but it is seasonal only

there are back doors on the hotel rooms and a huge grassy area for my kids to play

looked like it had a nice outdoor area to walk around so it could be good for families with kids

the bath towels were extremely used and very small something more fit for kids

desk clerk did not wear a mask, they served a breakfast buffet and there was a family with three kids at breakfast

my kids couldn t wait to swim and the pool was closed

the rooms were beautiful an grassy area for kids to run an pets to walk was unbeatable

when usually we get an upstairs room with a balcony and my kids typically do great

one of the employee's small kids was roaming around un-supervised

the kids loved running around them and playing, walking the dog

you can hear everything including people talking in the halls, toilets flushing, people peeing kids jumping on

needed more towels. lots of kids

our booking and they were unable to switch our rooms but kept telling me that we couldn't have kids in a suite

it has an indoor pool that the kids enjoyed

my kids loved the indoor pool and the location is close to everything!

for early check-in in the king room and they checked in the other two rooms that we had for our kids so we had

pool and hot tub are indoors, so the kids could swim often

plus no hot chocolate, specially for kids- been snowing outside

unable/did not quell two hours of kids running around in room above

weren t enough toys in the claw machine for the kids to play and not enough quarters to cash out money to play

the services is great, loved the restaurant on site, and the kids enjoyed the movie room

good stay, my kids loved it!
