poor breakfast

breakfast and wifi is average but it s included in the good price for a stay or two

breakfast was lovely and a nice bonus

breakfast service and staff were very kind and warm with us.

lady making breakfast is not very friendly and could not accommodate to give a vegetarian breakfast

pool and hot tub had limited operating hours and the hot tub was not hot at all

bar closing early, we visit two time one off like 22:00 and 23:30, both time they close already

restaurant was closed in the evening and there was no room service, something that had to be disclosed before

the room is spacious, with kitchen and basic tools, sofa, working table, double bed and bathroom

parking space was one of the worse that i have seen ever, pretty small, lack of order, they asked

wifi service was terrible, the kitchen lacked any sponges, dish soap or cooking items besides some

like the cleanliness, the proximity to the down town, there was free parking inside of hotel, tranquility, hot

a lot of noise from the parking, the street, and the corridor

rooms + very good price + area was reasonably safe (still recommended to use uber or a car) + wifi was fairly

wifi was terrible in our first room (level 8), pretty much unusable, but better on the 5th floor

located, near monserrate, breakfast simple but good, staff friendly and helpful, room was clean, secure area,

large beds, great view of bogota. the spa massage was amazing.

there where some loud reparations during the day, wifi was incredibly slow

t work (didn t cool) , the cable tv didn t work (showed tv error) and the worst was the wifi was very slow

in general, the room service section left a lot to be desired

ordered room service and after 1 hour of not having my food i texted so the call me in my room and waited
