waited like 2 hours to be checked in with 5 kids and one being a toddler it was terrible no one offered to give

i took my both kids who are 6 and 8 years old and was told that the hotel's policy was that only 1 child under

loved the rooms and the location is perfect for kids and the staff were very helpful
had no room service you can order the food but you have to go pick it up
the pool area and it should have a bar by the pool.
the bar and restuarant street is just 5 minutes by car far (during day you can try to walk to
the mini bar was empty for the entire stay. the wifi was down for almost a day.
