the hotel was so nosie people were in halls was kids screaming past 11pm couldn't get any sleep
sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the kids
10 had issues to see the card terminal, sanitizer was stick to the counter top - unreachable for kids
i liked that my kids had enjoyed their stay. the staff were very accommodating.

enough beds for all our kids but staff helped us get creative since all the roller beds were being

like the extra space in the room esp for the kids after a long trip
the bed next to the wall could have allowed for room to get in and out - probably ok for small kids
second night it was very noisy and we could here kids being loud in other rooms and doors late into the night

gave us the wrong room 2 adults and 2 kids put in a very small single queen bed room

was completely closed which was disappointing to the kids because they planned on using the pool
pool was clean, but a little chilly. very quiet

that i didn't know there was a pool. somehow i missed that and my kids were ecstatic.
my kids were blown away by the setup of the room, and i was incredibly happy with everything that came
we had a 2 bdrm unit so our other kids could come stay for part of the time
they even treated my kids with respect when they went down to ask for extra towels

also, the kids were unable to swim in the pool and enjoy it because the chlorine was beyond strong

my confirmation said this room would accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids but there was only 1 bed
very comfortable and separate bedroom, free washer and dryer and fitness room in facility
short, the matter was supposedly my problem and i was stranded on route 80 with no access to wifi
convenient on/off of highway and had a laundry.
a full kitchen in our room was great

breakfast had a waffle maker, which made my kids happy
the bathroom door locked my kids in. there was no pool, even though google shows there is.
high cost and pool could not be utilized during hours where it wouldn't be full of kids.

a pet room only has option of a king bed so kids sleep on the floor where i'm sure a number of animals have
had a bag of dirty laundry sitting in front of my door at check in
was unable to enjoy pool
hotel has luxurious decor, clean spacious rooms, great food, a golf course and an outdoor pool
of the staff in the bar and restaurant were not very friendly
