kids were running in the stairwell and our room was next to it so late at night and early in the
maybe kids jumping off bed, but it was pretty constant until about 11 pm

we came down for breakfast a few minutes early, staff was friendly and supportive to the kids not having to wait
have stayed here many times since it is close to our kids and grandkids

some confusion about breakfast. we were told the kids would be free yet we were charged.
complained to front desk first night as it was 11:30pm doors slamming loud talking music and kids running up
we traveled with 4 kids under age 7
surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids
pet fee was $60. per night for a dog that does nothing but sleep. exorbitant!!

kids enjoyed the pool (although we were bummed the hot tub was closed)
wonderful greeting, very clean, great for the kids, and very convenient to dining and shopping
was a little small, but still nice to have a pool for the kids to play

kids loved the indoor pool and tennis courts and park across the road
the room above us kept us up until 1am because there were kids running around and people being loud
the pool is tiny, more for splashing around with kids -- i don't think laps would be possible
i easily connected to the wifi and was then presented with an option to upgrade to a higher speed
is no hottub in the pool area (or none that i saw)

the roll out couch in the holes when we made up the bed - definitely an ideal place for college kids or shabby
we also enjoyed the pool and bar very nice
the jazz group which plays every monday in the bar is amazing
great beds, nice bathrooms and a cozy bar to hang out at next to the fireplace.
we loved the common areas with the fireplaces, coffee machines etc

the bar staff in the p.m., specifically chris was amazing. hotel was clean.
bar was late opening, and i was on a tight schedule
they also charged for a banana, granola bar etc
and i availed of the pay per use laundry facilities, which were really useful for me and handy to have on site

i m living in a suburban area at the moment and hate having to load two kids to do anything, such a break to
we are a couple we should not be in between two families with lots of kids and babies
guests left room service/glasses and garbage outside their doors, and these weren't picked up quickly

didn t have the ability to rent movies in hotel room and i was traveling with kids

needs more activities - the pool was empty, likely because they don t have any activities or kids clubs
even with three young kids there was something for everyone

this sure made life easier as we hauled two sleeping kids in

the airport shuttle didn't leave until 7, and i needed 5 am so i didn't stay
