i didn't expect grab and go first of all, then the package was made for kids not at all for adults (01 small

jacuzzi was defective. cafeteria was always jammed with people and kids.

there was so much dust on it, which wasn t good b/c my kids have bad allergies

i have kids and the main reason i got this hotel was for the pools ( outdoor and indoor pool) the outdoor

willing to pay a bigger price for the kids to swim

large, clean grass area surrounding the pool, perfect spot for relaxing or for kids to run around

traveling with 3 kids can be a bit intimidating but the suite was set up nicely for us to all fit comfortably

strange layout- can t get to the bathroom from living room- our older kids slept in the living room and knocked

on our arrivel the room was ready but the bed for the kids not - i waited for 40 min, and eventually had to
