i booked the room online for 2 adults and 2 kids but the reservations only showed 2 adults and i was charged 1

then observed cleaning crew making a mother and 2 small kids leave so they could clean the room

him no and just to add only about 5cars where parked in the entire place so either we used two parking spaces

no fruit or yogurt for breakfast

breakfast on consisted of cereal and milk, could have used some pastries to go with the coffee and

kids running around in the hallway. no parental supervision.

a bit noisy in the morning with kids running around.

no juice or water for kids

they would pickup the cereal before breakfast was over and that s what the kids liked.

and 8 month old did not get any sleep the people upstairs where jumping all night and there where kids running

water never got hot,not really warm, parking lot was mt, most working at the plants, this was 1am and 7am

it was no breakfast available no coffee at all.

the continental breakfast was gone by the time i got there.

there are two ice machines and a pool, which unfortunately wasn't fully cleaned when i arrived

breakfast was a joke, but overall great room for the price

i wish that they would offer a hot breakfast option

the breakfast and the next day fixing of the bed very tacky and crumbs on bed as well.

for breakfast, oh wait

the kids enjoyed the pool

staff very nice, clean room, good bed, easy check in & check out. close parking.

the hotel was clean and comfortable. the pool environment was nice and relaxing.

great staff, clean rooms and great breakfast, keep up the good work.

we were kicked out of the pool at 10:30 when the night before they let a group of kids stay out at the pool

kids slept on the pull out bed in the sofa

and my kids loved the waffles

love the space we re had in the room my kids and i slept like babies would recommend 10 out of

the internet and television; this made the stay absolutely miserable for older people and young kids and others

my checkout day was sunday and decided to call if the pool was ready to at least have the kids enjoy a couple

the noise from the 3 rooms beside us ,,, disrespect kids

we were 2 adults and 3 kids

for daughter in law to be able to check i early with kids they got there and there was no communication between

refused to let me switch rooms after i informed her that there was a family with little noisy kids next door

more choices on the breakfast menu

the pool is nice

easy check in, clean rooms, free wifi

location, good breakfast, clean, good service

did not like that the pool was not heated

that s simple and nice when traveling with kids

kids upset they couldnt get access to wifi but for me not a problem

-bunch of dirty guest have their kids running the hallways at 11pm playing loud music

only thing i didn't like were the kids running up and down in the adjacent room and a dog poo'd on the hallway

kids loved the great buffet breakfast and the pool
