i didn't appreciate being woken up at 7:45 by kids in the next room running around and constantly banging

was a two day halloween event which meant car parking was confusing

it had loads of space for the kids breakfast was brilliant

the room was supposed to be for 3 adults and the single bed was not built for a adult it was a kids sofa bed,

only thing i didn't like is that they appear to allow kids to come in off the street and sit in reception messing

i tend to go on a week night on my own to have some me time without the pets and kids at home

meals for kids very expensive 2 course 15 not ideal for families and limited in evening so might not suit

i'm not normally one to complain but when my kids pay 150 for me and my husband to stay some where i expected

the bed was clean & comfy but made with an old valance and looked like the kids had made it

strange rules about what food was available in the restaurant and what was only room service.

given a disability room and i really wanted a bath also there was a baby and kids right next door and the hotel

in that i need to pay extra for breakfast for my 17 years old as written in small print that kids over 12 not

noisy kids next door, but it was understandable as kids are not easy to control sometimes

reckon it's great that parents can bring their dogs, as that could be a blocker to visiting their kids at uni

could hear someone tv being played rather loud either above us or next to us quite late at night kids running

as it backs on to a communal park weekend morning can be noisy as sporting events are held for kids and their

convenient for visiting kids at university

the restaurant menu for kids was a bit restricted

breakfast was decent, the family room had the kids beds in a separate little side room which was great

noisy kids running around one evening - but it was school holidays.

staff were welcoming and friendly, great facilities - kids loved the pool

kids reckon their beds were a bit too hard but ours was fine!!
