staff was rude and jumped my other child over orange juice which was completely ridiculous,staff kids screaming
to get a cot bc all 3 of my kids couldn t fit on the bed so made a bed under table, fridge was falling apart
pool & hot tub were enjoyed by the whole family
also, i didn't see any sign identifying the building, plus there wasn't any parking lot lighting
guests partying in the parking lot every night under my window smoking

room was next to the stairs, and their were alot of kids running up and down the stairs until 11pm
bed was extremely soft we had a 2 queen room and it was still spacious for the kids to play games
really anything pool was closed so was the gym so really no positive there even the vending & soda machine was
wifi was not working
it was satisfactory and had the necessities for a complimentary breakfast. no issues here.

everything was great it was the kids that wasnt good lol
one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel is the gym
we are anxious for the return of the breakfast buffet, but understand the reason for the delay.
bagged breakfast. but, that's the best they can do during the covid-19 pandemic.
only two things i can think of that would make the breakfast there better is adding sausage or bacon and chocolate
