had a woman with kids next door that would yell and swear late night and early morning

not good things for kids to see

staff were excellent, the kids loved the game room, so did i

kids thought the pancake maker and yoghurt dispenser were fascinating

breakfast was supposed to be included when we got downstairs for breakfast the morning with the kids that was

kids running up and down hall until about 11 pm both nights

the younger kids had to leave the pool and when i let the front desk know they did nothing

lots of kids in the jacuzzi area but that s why we got a personal tub room haha

loved the pool and hot tub when there was no screaming kids

the rooms are small, young kids running up and down hallway's at 1 am in morning waking us up

checked in we went out shopping and i was considering just driving back across the border but my kids were tired

ppl screaming and fighting and kids yelling and a dog barking on first floor

parking lot was not plowed

traveling for business--not that that should make a difference to anyone but me but there was no wifi access

it had rained and high water was standing in the parking lot

did not like the fact that i could not use the pool, as there was multiple kids and adults jumping into the pool

the door bolt gets stuck very easily and got our kids scared for a while

love this hotel, the pool was warm and our kids loved it
