gym was a little bit to small in comparisson with other nh were i stayed before

the gym is not really a gym, just a machine and dumbbells.

and especially we would like to thank the professional kitchen (we ordered room service dinner - fantastic entrecotes (+)arrived late on a sunday, the hotel had zero to offer, not even room service or the bar (-)i would have like all day room service. it would have been nice but it wasn t a deal breaker. (-)times for room service were quite short (-)no help with luggage. no restaurant. no room service. (+)view was fabulous, the food we got from the restaurant (room service) was wonderful, the cleaners did a great job (-)room service, no one to carry the luggage, i had to carry them by self , when i ask for something (+)the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the in house chef who delivered our room service meal (-)party closed the bar and restaurant including room service (-)in our room from carmen cenzano - no idea who she is as her letter is untitled - advises room service only in the evenings due to covid-19 restrictions

the only improvement we would suggest - add a small bar by the pool and increase the number of sun beds

it was not obvious the bar was open as it's through a restaurant that's closed. but not an issue
