place excellent is the fact that the staff from the manager to reception, restaurant, bar and room service providers are perpetually cheerful, helpful, efficient and welcoming

spa was incredible, huge rooms and a balcony, really good gym, quiet location away from traffic

space of room is enough, they have a nice pool and very pet friendly.

breakfast is bad too, for 5 days the haven t provided chocolate milk for the kids, just plain milk or bottled juice were the only options

had very bad experience with noisy guests and hotel staff did very little to tackle the problem, kids running up and dawn the corridor in the middle of night and early and shouting and adults

was busy the receptionist was excellant but was on her own to make matters worse the small bar for coffee etc was not manned a notice said please the recepsionist for help bt she was

columns to navigate - but we managed without any trouble - and the bonus was free use of the two ev chargers

not that helpful, wifi terrible and restaurant closed due to it being run by a separate company

we forgot to request an early check in and asked upon arrival
