pool made my whole family itchy

the breakfast was amazing with different options to choose from

breakfast buffet they had an old waffle iron that messed up my waffles

the 24 hour gym and large indoor pool was a bonus

the pool was nice and well maintained

everyone was friendly. the pool was shut down due to covid-19, but everything else was great!

the gym was at the very front of the hotel in the lobby, and was decent

i loved the kitchen and used it for every meal, as i’m not able to eat out

the room was clean and spacious with a very nice kitchen and seating area

the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel.

pool was nice but dirty

elevator didn t work for 2 of the 3 days had to walk 6 flights of stairs to go to the pool and gym as well as out to

the pool and customer service.

pool needed a good cleaning and the staff was rude at the front desk

the receptionist staff (jose) and the kitchen staff were so nice and friendly

always look for suites at least with a kitchen and sofa

i enjoyed everything except the laundry room the dryer was broken and it took me more than 2 hours to dry my clothes
