the pool and hot tub were great

the entire property was good for me with free breakfast, a bar on site, guest laundry and a great pool with hot tub

only thing i could imagine anyone would not like about this hotel is there isn't a gym, pool or spa on-site

(+) i love that they have free shuttle service to the mayo and room service is wonderful (-)narrow even it s high price but not including breakfast or free ride to mayo clinic or airport room service coming after calling they didn t come daily like other

they gave us an early check in which was extremely helpful

loved that it was an apartment so did my laundry and cooked the whole time i was there

also, the in room laundry was amazing

clean, great customer service, and convenience shuttle busses to mayo clinic, gonda building.

the main mayo campus is about a 15 minute walk or a free shuttle is also available

breakfast timings could be extended a bit on weekdays

if they could have had a bigger choice of food at bar for the night.
