staff, pool and beds all excellent! was early for check in, but was made very welcomed

the kids loved the pool and i had some quality tennis time on the clay courts

of liked to be able to bring drinks and snacks around pool area especially with grand kids

we had a room with a view of the golf course which was very nice

close to where i was visiting, pool deck and sitting area nice and a place to walk my dogs

everything was fantastic. breakfast is mini-buffet style. pool was perfect.

nice gym. the room was clean. the restroom was nice.

i didn't like that the bar and restaurant wasn't open the entire weekend we were there.

breakfast was limited because of pandemic but stay was great.

pastry and bread at breakfast were very generic. but there were waffles and cereal.

i especially liked that they have tv channels for the kids (disney junior)

hotel was clean, gym was nice

we had kids and she help everyone out with a contagious smile and a great attitude

because the resteraunt attached is one of our favorites and we apprwciate being able to go to the bar and not have to drive back to our room somewhere else

doubletree provides a shuttle to/from the airport, whereas most of the other hotels did not

we had a wonderful night at the houlihan's bar downstairs too

i expected there to be some sort of mini bar or room service available which wasn't and that sucked a lot

enjoy the free breakfast.

everything at the hotel was in good working order ( indoor pool), truly an exceptional stay

they had an indoor pool but we didn’t get to use it bc we weren’t there long enough

i waited an hour and a half for the room service meal

the pool area felt neglected
