too much chlorine in pool

just needed a few more towels for the kids but no biggie

breakfast people we're like scavengers ,didn't get to eat, people cutting in line no order

was pretty awesome, the breakfast could have more selection but we still will stay again

tub was green, my room had damages that i hope i didn't have to pay for: broken bottom kitchen cabinet door and broken cracked mirror closet door

was nice, breakfast was good and the lady working it was extremely helpful and kind

the pool was extremely crowded, and to much jumping around by numerous kids.

the only thing that worked to our advantage was the laundry room. it was clean.

very clean and large rooms. discounts to local restaurant, nice pool area.

the restaurant at the hotel had very good mexican food, the room was clean, right by the big pool , so it met our needs

wished the laundry room or the front office had detergent available for purchase

to scan key at some doors due to out of order, ice machines not working, bathroom lock next to gym and pool was not working, hotel manager was not able to be reached by the staff all weekend

also the pool was very dirty although i understand people are coming from the beach and they just hop in the

room size is perfect for our family of four and the walk in shower made it easy to clean up the kids after the beach

when you already paying good amount for the room already, the parking should be included and the pool was great but needed to be maintained alil

leading we understood there was a pool on sight, several of the online photos showed pool and other options that was not there

it served our purposes (brief weekend vacation with two kids) perfectly

no elevator or pool but knew this before time. so really no issues. loved it.

the breakfast was great and had a ton of selections like breakfast tacos, waffles, bagels, cereal,

beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is a great asset with children
