kids club was completely empty and sort of derelict- you cannot leave your child there - its more

the pool was our highlight, large and a constant depth so kids weren’t afraid

on arrival we were given a free upgrade to breakfast throughout our stay

the inner courtyard contains a beautiful pool and seating area, and a few rooms open onto this

specially the night audi mr pthmane who should be night manager and the bar manager a future gm , the voiturier anoiuar has the service from the heart

and frankly helpful because i changed to an earlier train and this allowed him to arrange for an early check in and to have the room ready in advance

be asked to keep baggage behind desk and out of sight when left luggage there for the day due to late check out

wifi has really poor connection, hopefully that can be improved the next time we re looking to

good spa services and there is a safe parking for your car

the kids were all so well behaved and all guests friendly

nice hotel, fantastic pool and good breakfast this was the second time visiting this hotel

no mini bar and no kettle in the room

all facilities pool , dj playing music every day activities for all

the back courtyard and pool are so peaceful, despite being very near the hustle and bustle of marrakech

the pool is not heated but not the biggest problem when its hot.

wifi was a godsend as mobile data is soooooo expensive

it has an authentic riad feel while providing 5-star hotel level breakfast and spa experience
