kids club was completely empty and sort of derelict- you cannot leave your child there - its more

the pool was our highlight, large and a constant depth so kids weren’t afraid

on arrival we were given a free upgrade to breakfast throughout our stay

from the duty manager to the pool team, it was just great

also the hotel is very family friendly so be prepared for a lot of kids

there was a few staff in the restaurant and lobby bar that were very attentive and had excellent

the hotel itself is tunning with beautiful pool views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful making me feel truly welcome

nice hotel, fantastic pool and good breakfast this was the second time visiting this hotel

breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice, and bar snacks are good too

fresh fruit for breakfast and the lunch menu

gym had a broken exercycle, a treadmill, cross trainer and two adjustable dumbbells

size of room was great and cleaned once a day. breakfast had a lot of choice.

moroccan foods hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and the lobby is stunning nice bar to chill out in the

large property, large pool, good breakfast, gym/tennis courts/table tennis available, space for kids to play, nice outdoor seating, very

kids club s staffs are so friendly and helpful. the room is quite big and comfortable.

my daughter and her children live nearby in mhamid so i really only slept and had breakfast - which was exceptional every day

our flight was 2100 hrs and check out time was 1100 hrs but they allowed us late check out free of cost ; this is one of the thing i can t expect in uk or european hotels

the kids were all so well behaved and all guests friendly
