you service that in the peak of the hot season when you don't want a hot tub so much but the pool to cool off in

the lobby bar is not very cozy.

the location is amazing and the breakfast was very good, i would stay there agsin.

good breakfast, the few meals we had at the hotel were good and the staff were very good

and particularly noisy in the evening due to people below drinking and smoking in the outside bar area

the endesa ev chargers near the hotel worked perfectly for charging overnight

the swimming pools are amazing and the sports bar is very convenient too

have been there before in 2018 and liked the kids animation with lolo and bernie

am to 6:30pm only).

hotel for families - our children loved the arcade, pools and water slides

swimming pool great with jacuzzi in middle, swimming pool for kids

the bar could be larger and more comfortable chairs for the size of the hotel

the food and drinks at the snack bar were very good value, tasty and available all day

too noisy and lasting until too late - either you join in or try and book a room not facing the pool

for example, at one point, the only way out of the bar onto the adjoining terrace, was by walking through reception, as all of the doors were locked

room service, food was completely cold

food in all the restaurants (we tried them all), breakfast is superb, swimming pools are great, kids and pet friendly (+) great family place to stay, with kids - lots to do, have staff just for keeping kids happy (+)location, family friendly, entertainment for the kids, great buffet (-)was that the gym didn t open till 10am (not very flexible if you want to work out before the kids wake (+)our room was communicating room parking is secure but may be limited and charged extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but would (+) 2 big pools which my kids enjoyed playing in (-)it is more a family hotel, a lot of kids and a bit noisy. (-) it was very inconvenient as we had inteconnecting rooms and every time one of my kids wanted to use the bathroom, then the other kid would have to come in oyr room

the outside bar menu for food has to improve in my opinion but everything else was superb
