the staff were very friendly. free ev charging points.

wifi wasn't a strong signal in room, but was good everywhere else

understand but it meant i could only have room service for

easy parking on site

parking can be a challenge, we ended up in the gravel overflow lot but it worked out fine.

having a kitchen in the room was really great extra bed to make it a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was great very comfortable and convenient for city

breakfast choices were excellent. very central.

great to have a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and hob.

the bonus feature was the laundry room and the detergent

early check in helped enormously

everything was exceptional at the hotel. the room, the restaurant, the pool and gym.

chill out in the hot tub beds are cosy and soft and can go gym anytime you want

only downside for a family traveller was the time limits on the the pool for the kids

pool and spa area were absolutely brilliant if not overcrowded with kids which is not a problem, we just went down after 7:30 when the pool became an adults only area

most boxes but having ev charging was a bonus and it was free to use a rare thing

we were upgraded on arrival & had the benefit of a room overlooking the fabulous golf course

prices of drink at the bar could be a bit more competitive

the service we received in the cave bar was exceptional

i hope to return with family and enjoy a round of golf as well

dinner in the bar , and breakfast were both excellent
