bed still had dirty laundry from previous stay (we realized once we opened it) and from 3 days, 2 hot breakfast was

staff, great room accommodations, laundry, workout center, pool, breakfast 24/7 coffee

no one picked up room service phone after a 2 hours went down to order room service, no towels in the room had to

room service did not clean room each day and the smell in the room.
