earlier than expected for a festival i tried my luck with the young man at the front desk for an early check in and he was able to get me checked in earlier than usual which made my day as i was

next morning we used the gym and went for breakfast

with lots of shopping, a gym, cafes and restaurants all around

we had parked it we had to end our night early to watch the car from our window to make sure the kids did not come back and sit all over it

we went & had a couple of drinks in the bar before bed & the staff were so lovely

the wifi was good and i was able to connect without any problems

lovely staff, really looked after us and the kids who were so excited to be there

bags for kids on arrival made our kids happy and kept them busy for a while

no wifi available in the cottages which i was not informed about before i arrived.

the grounds were extremely clean so was the swimming pool sauna and the gym

ev chargers were unreliable

staff friendly, helpful about my ev charger problem, suggested i use harvester over the road, which i did

no ev charging on site. there was an ev charger near by but it wasn t available overnight.

we were graciously granted a late check out due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

value for money, beds where comfortable, breakfast was good, nice little bar and seating area, all the staff we encountered where

no ev charger on site, so charge at the holiday inn express opposite, which has bp pulse fast charger
