the pool was very nice

it has a nice pool and swing set area

lakeview, pool and mike was super accommodating!

very close to the lake for boating. laundry available upon request. very clean

swim in the lake or pool

the spa was amazing and the staff was very friendly

loved th shuttle that would run you and your pet to town and back

the kids just loved the ghost tour and the pool and jacuzzi

pool closed for wedding was not told this would happen kids were disappointed

weren't able to visit the bar on the upper floor with a great view because the elevator was out of order (this is a beautiful (+)loved the room service and the sky bar upstairs- best pizza i ever ate (+) the sky bar with the view from the top was amazing (+) we sat on the balcony of the sky bar amazing view (-)bar on the fourth floor was turning people away because too crowded

shuttled to activities

no pool. we knew that but no access to the hot tub.

all the staff is very friendly and helpful and we love getting a drink on the balcony bar and watching the bands play in the park

with all the hype out there, i just expected more. pool room needs an update.
