restored chateau on lovely grounds- pool, garden, sauna, massage, fitness course, great kitchen

two suites, a smaller one for the two grandparents, and a larger one for the parents and the two kids (7 and 10 years old)

realise there was a pool and hot tub but it looked lovely too, as well as a treehouse cabin for spa treatments

wifi intermittent in our room

our kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and would have stayed at the hotel much longer if they could have

bar is small, but we were there in february and in the summer it might be outside and less limited

bar area (where they serve excellent drinks including vintage calvados) is quite small so quickly (+) only downside i can think of is the breakfast can use some variety, however the bar has a lot of drinks to choose from , including some excellent calavados (+) cozy little bar and wonderful breakfast each morning (+) also, very pleased with the breakfast and bar service (+) the bar area and staff were approachable and engaged (+) loved the cozy bar area where we relaxed by the fire in the evenings with a drink and snack
