than expected was excellent the room was spotless the location of the hotel is perfect the bar is a welcome treat and the breakfast

we were there a few days prior to xmas, upon check in, we were given early check in and also a special shoutout to front office staff fernandas who was attentive to all

the restaurants rocco, crudo bar & gastro bar, all in connection with each other, were absolutely nice, again beautifully

the restaurant and bar facilities are top-notch

only negative was a bit of weirdness at the restaurant with sitting at the bar when it was completely empty with 25 chairs open asking us for reservations

gastro bar was the most wonderful bar/experience i have ever been too

we ordered gelato for room service and received one small scoop for 10 euros
