a pool in the hotel room was wonderful

room service was the worst, on the first night we ordered a bottle of wine and some french fries

no wifi in the room so plenty of time to be alone with your thoughts while enjoying a private pool,

santuario es the perfect location for a relaxing weekend outside mexico city as a couple or with kids

was very nice except for the fact that no one can give you the spa prices, there s no spa menu in the room and no one ones those

the gym

only complaint i have is about the pool - the tiles are falling off all over the pool

the pool area for the kids was great

i would have rated the stay exceptional except for the restaurant and pool service

it includes parking as well for free
