very tasty breakfast

pool was being refurbished with swim-up bar, so unfortunately not available during our stay

restaurant/ bar onsite very convenient especially as the setting made you wish to stay

parking easy

be sure to visit stan's bar when you're there

bungalow love the little open air kitchen air conditioning works fantastic in bedroom

the restaurant next to the hotel (citrus) was amazing and so was the belgian bar next to it

kitchen needed a few things

nice pool area proximity of an excellent restaurant (citrus), as well as a shop and bar good location for exploring the region (uvita) and heading to

parador nature resort and spa was fantastic

the breakfast included is delicious

the bed, terrible pillows, uncomfortable shower bath, no food or room service after 11 pm.

gym available and pool was good, enough sun beds (maybe cause we went in rainy season) (-)gym needs love (+) it has everything - a gym, spa, multiple pools, games room, mini golf course, restaurants, bars, its own wildlife trail (+)liked the various restaurant options, the 2+pools, the mini-golf, gym and game room (+)monkeys, toucan, falcon, wildlife and gym and pool (+) the gardens, the gym, laundry facilities, the restaurant, etc (+) the pools and gym are fantastic and the staff are very professional and very nice (+) the gym was well maintained with plenty to use (+) you have all in the hotel, no need to go outside: views, pools, delicious food, gym, forest trails to walk with a spectacular viewpoint, a lot of animals in their habitat (lot of (+)had some lovely pools, a great restaurant for lunch, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, a nice gym and incredibly helpful staff

$15 to a single (small) load of laundry (-) the laundry room needs an upgrade (+) the laundry service is available but only 8am-8pm (+) we used the self laundry service that was very helpful (+) the gardens, the gym, laundry facilities, the restaurant, etc (+) onsite restaurants and laundry facilities (+)village with different restaurants, a shop, a spa, a gym, 5 pools (2 only for adults ), a laundry room (with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), a pickleball court, a mini golf and a play (+) lots of added thoughtful things like water and ice machines and self service laundry (+) we also had some laundry done and it came back looking great (+) it was also very nice to be able to wash clothes in the laundry after 2 weeks of travelling
