forced to pay the bar in room in advance when in the end i didn't even use any items

we had a late flight that came in at 1am and they offered us late check out (which was free of charge)

up to find a maybe bedbug on the bed my two kids where sleeping on

the chef delivered my room service and was kind and generous, more than made up for the situation
