was a little more expensive than other hotels we looked at but the convenience and pool made it worthy

the 3 kids were in tight quarters, but nonetheless loved the hotel

no fridge in our room but the common kitchen area is well done and useful

the bar next door was quite loud until 11-12 pm but manageable with ear plugs - if you want a quiet

the pool was so relaxing, the rooms were beautifully done and the location was a short walk to the

to everything but far enough to be quiet, rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hot tub and pool were very nice, we will definitely come back, thank you matt for making us feel at home

the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, the beach bar is super chill and the bungalow was spacious

a bar and beach on site were incredible

check in was quick and easy and they allowed us to leave our bags with early check in

and wifi is sporatic, but i began to read again

biggest downfall and really only one is internet wifi is non-existant or at the bar really bad

main downtown, just a couple blocks south, surf kids, hostels and pizzas, just a block north

all of the staff, especially the breakfast staff and manager were so lovely and food was delicious

the only thing i would say could be better is breakfast

we were family of four and the two extra beds were comfortable for the kids (13 and 14)

breakfast was perfect. fresh fruit with your choice of a few entree’s an drink.
