ev chargers there are a good perk, but their usage was not regulated at all, in fact one of the two

my family and i love their swimming pool and jacuzzi

the hotel was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful

the breakfast was not as good as other embassy suites.

wifi basically did not work, i found weak signal and difficulties connecting

like that each time we called from the phones in the room down to the front desk, housekeeping or room service no one answered

parking is not included 2: nobody picked up room service 3: the made to order breakfast and free drinks not available on weekends

we could not bring balloons in for my kids bday party

the bar staff was amazing and friendly very kind and attentive

little snack bar was nice to have towards closing time

the food at provisions was excellent and the spa staff were lovely

breakfast but were told there was no breakfast included, we were told there was complimentary ev charging but there wasn't)

a bottle of wine while at the pool and i had to keep going out of the pool area to the outside bar to get my own refills

location was good. nice option to have a free shuttle to downtown napa.

kids are not allowed in the pool by the hotel
