to use the rapid ev charger but it's not accessible if cars are parked in the spaces infront of the charging bays

the ibis hotel building its a big building is the ibis hotel i love the size loved the restaurant bar as its a lovely morden big restaurant bar i enjoyed the evening meal and the breakfast

the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a bar and meal facilities which are fantastic and relaxing

loverly staff, clean and spacious room. with a bar to enjoy a drink after a long day

we had food in the bar on the evening, which was fantastic and very reasonably portioned and priced

the hotel were great in accommodating our early arrival and allowed us an early check in

welcome attentive got early check in but had no expectation for this as were prepared to drop bags and go for an explore

the front of desk weren t the best

can't think of anything at all. bar service was possibly bit slow!

waiting to check in, especially being a saturday would have been nice to have the bar open instead of at 4pm

the restaurant and room service menu was limited; especially at dinner time.

location is convenient and there was a car park and a ev charging point

car park & ev charging point made life a bit easier too

the availability of ev chargers in the car park was much appreciated

needs, nice and quiet, there was a pub close by for my dad and museum around the corner for my kids to visit

and comfortable, plenty places to eat and shops, stunning walk along golf coarse 2 minutes away from hotel, friendly staff, welcoming of

highlight of our stay was the swimming pool, bringing three kids on a wet day, it was great to have them enjoy some fun in the pool

a pool to relax in after a hard day at work was perfect staff were so friendly & helpful in

the restaurant is great value for money, and kids eat free which is unbelievable

staff, beds, shower, breakfast, free parking. all excellent.

we used the pool both days and although you do have to share it with the public we wee accommodated for both

great spa facilities overall very relaxing

wifi somewhat temperamental and not particularly fast.

restaurant was full so was advised to use room service, they didn t answer so had to use uber

great location very clean hotel great staff and good breakfast

you had to walk to the golf house for breakfast if you wanted it or go into dodworth to get refreshments

we did go to the golf club for breakfast which was excellent

i think the kids breakfast could be cheaper

was a shame that breakfast is only served until 9am, i think serving until 10am would be better

we were on a room only basis but did use the bar and restaurant

she said i could use the bar ( i travel alone for business and never do this)
