a beautiful hotel and loved the lounge to eat snd have a few drinks loved the free bikes and the gym

nice balcony, comfortable room with a nice kitchen

i liked everything. one small suggestion - leave a dish towel in the kitchen.

updated, clean, comfy beds, water dispenser in the gym, nice little pool area

in indoor and outdoor pool, pet friendly, had outdoor/indoor bars restaurants

at the bar were very expensive outside

there were always staff in the main areas mopping the floors to clean up water and sand from the pool and beach

the spa and gym were also fantastic and we used everything they offered

3-4 ev chargers but slow charging so i saw a car sitting on one all night into the next day and not

i went with my younger brother. and he said the pool was a lil small

indoor pool is tiny, gym is very basic, outdoor pool was constantly closed

main waiting area constantly had wet floors, from people using the pool

we are arrived alittle early with the kids and was able to get in our room early

great customer service. enjoyed the indoor pool during my stay

wasn't really anything i didn't like - the gym was small but that's par for the course in hotels

the hospitality was great by staff, hotel was cleaned, and the breakfast was great

were always kids in the gym playing on the equipment which made it hard to workout

was only there one night and did not use any of the facilities (pool, gym)

and how there was 2 pools very clean by the way offering one for adults and the other one for kids

the bed was extremely comfortable, the saltwater pool was the perfect temperature, everything was clean and neat, and the amenities were excellent

not your typical beach hotel. it was like a spa resort near the beach.... perfect!

plus the towels, chairs, and beach shuttle was so convenient

the pool, jacuzzi was a wonderful way to end the evening

wish there was a scale in the fitness room and it would have been great if the fitness room was in a different location ocean

perhaps a longer timer for the spa jets?

parking was so-so

and of course the food and the bar drinks are acceptable
