my kids loved the indoor pool

the kids asked if we could stay at fairfield again for our next tournament ( we’ve stayed at 2 other

when i got there my kids and i were kicked out of the pool because they stated it was closed due to coronavirus

problem was the sofa bed was way to small for both kids

add a hot tub to pool area

the pool was nice and clean the rooms was comfortable and clean i loved

the staff is very friendly and helpful the decor is stylish. i love the gym and pool.

was not told there would be no room service, spent 45 calling until finally i went to the cafe and found out there

had to drive our wet clothes to a laundry mat to dry them

i didn't use the pool, gym or laundry because it was only a one night stay but they were available there

stay there before familiar with most of it, nightcap bar ice is convenient bed is great.

com lets you book a “breakfast included” option but the hotel doesn’t know how to handle that

we didn't eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel.

the pool deck on the 4th floor was a wonderful place to relax after negotiating charlotte traffic

and ofcourse it was different as bar and restaurant open

i would of really liked to have waffles for breakfast but overall it was really good

discovered there was breakfast at the bar the next morning but it was just kind of bare

not like the room because it was right next to the elevator and i was put on a floor with alot of kids due to a tournament

were traveling with kids and required a room with 2 beds

i brought my dog, and there is a $50 per day pet fee (caps out at $150), which is a little high, but they were very welcoming of my large dog

that the pool and fitness wasn't opened and construction in the front of building

the pool was open however when my family entered the pool, 15 minutes later a staff member shouted at

my family for the birthday of my 19-year-old and my granddaughter her only child to swim in the pool and for me to relax in the jacuzzi due to the covid-19 ud83dudc94ud83dude22 other than that
