hotel said they offered a continential breakfast, which i expected to be donuts and coffee

they just wiped the same dusty toiletries and put them back, the toilet was dirty, there was no laundry bag no extra linens and the walls had what seemed to be heat damage from the wall sconces

a good clean, gym and cleaning equipment kept in same room laundry totally impractical, breakfast touch and

rooms weren't super clean and amenities a bit limited eg breakfast seating, bathroom products and gym facilities

shuttle was prompt

hotel shuttle service picked us up from the tour operators location near the airport and also took us to

kitchenette not stocked and usable.

the kitchen didn’t have silverware

great staff! good breakfast. the best bed...so comfy!
