the indoor pool was a great distraction and the gym whenever we were indoors

room service (restaurant) was difficult to get a hold of, and they were out of what we wanted to (-)to order room service told by kitchen hostess (-)resteraunt not even available for room service (-) while they promote a bar, room service etc, none of this is functional at this time (+)understand covid and there is no room service, but was not aware of this at booking and paying the full amount expecting full

the gym needs ventilation or a fan or something and the water cooler was empty while there

the gym was small but nice

indoor mini golf and shopping.

getting in and out of an elevator with a bunch of kids is terrifying when one tries to run back in and the door starts closing

had a oceanfront view suit with full kitchen and living room

view was incredible, the room was amazing and the kitchen had everything in it that you would need

no room service. restaurant was really excessively expensive.

the hotel pool was broken so they very quickly transfered us to a nicer hotel, bigger room and gave us a free

the hospitality was great by staff, hotel was cleaned, and the breakfast was great

their pet fee was more than reasonable and the view was a great perk

the breakfast was hot and delicious

were always kids in the gym playing on the equipment which made it hard to workout

thank you for the level 2 ev chargers

we appreciate that they did not charge an outrageous pet fee as many other hotels in the area

wish i had a lower view or towards the elevator since i have small kids

we are arrived alittle early with the kids and was able to get in our room early

pool and bar overlooking the bay

3-4 ev chargers but slow charging so i saw a car sitting on one all night into the next day and not

also the ev charging stations

location was perfect. kermit at the tiki bar was very entertaining ud83dude0a

everything was on perfect although we did not get to try breakfast nor the gym

loved the lobby and bar area… very spacious

too much road nice. i think next time i would request poolside.

stopped on the bar for drinks i can't say enough good things about vince, radu and daniel, very hospitable and

3 out of 3 laundry facilities were not working during our stay. hair found in food

the only inconvenience was the laundry area that wasn't available on the 5th floor

we used the spa and pool

gym and hot un were great as far as selection and quantity

staff, room, breakfast area and gym.
