booked an early check in paid extra only to be told on arrival their was no hot water

since it is a small property, getting in and out is very easy, no lines at the elevator and the pool area is like your own private oasis most evenings

only acceptable parking was valet and it was hard to get something out of car unless we requested and another valet

the room service was excellent. the food was really good.

were extremely accommodating to provide a shuttle outside of their hours of normal operation

bed were very comfortable and my 3 children felt safe enough to go to the gym and swimming pool

nice washing machine and dryer (paid) and a nice little gym (-)gym has no mats, 1 deflated ball, no wipes to clean equipment (+)it had laundry, a gym, seating luxury area and free coffee.
