parking a bit tight but only a minor quibble .

kitchen area with plenty of milk/tea - large room - excellent breakfast brought into room parking

was a lovely comfortable place with a great bathroom and kitchen

- we upgraded at host suggestion to the separate studio which was larger and better equipped with kitchen
