you walk into a tiny area which has a “kitchen,” which is also the bedroom

walls are thin so we had a lot of trouble with not only noisy neighbors but also kids in the hallway

no room service due to covid. restaurant on site is open, though.

last two days one of the two elevators was under repair and the staff( with laundry bins at times) had to cram into one elevator which took time (-)of construction no laundry or willingness to help with the situation no microwave (+) and the laundry facility (-) they would not refund the money we spent on laundry after there were bed bug in room either

wifi didn t work in our room but it wasn t that big a deal.

breakfast was very substantial especially due to covid restrictions.

new, clean, good breakfast, excellent attention, good gym.

full price but no gym and only 1 elevator worked

the access to the pool could stay open a little later than 8pm.
