the wifi was great

from reception, wait staff, bar staff and housekeeping

good parking, good food.

i had dinner and breakfast there also, all very good, very comfortable bed and room spotless

late check out wasn t charged for, much appreciated

long walk to my room, the poor wifi

also, free car parking and the shops are all so close to the hotel

wifi was down, and unfortunately loud and thoughtless fellow guests woke me, and presumably others,

swimming and spa needed to improved.

the pool and spa were lovely

103 didn t have room service available on the telephone when told to dial 0

i at food in the bar and the food was cracking as was the breakfast

leisure centre, great kids menu (not the usual rubbish of chips plus eggs/sausages/nuggets etc

i called for room service and was told

the heating of rooms, kitchen and amenities was excellent

kitchen and living room access, hot shower, bathroom and very comfortable bed, and a top notch host

our room was lovely and the kitchen/sitting room was clean and well kept

well equipped kitchen with free chocolates and cereal

and hospitable and the place was in easy reach of the town, had all the facilities at hand and a kitchen and everything was easily accessible, would definitely recommend and even come back myself

wifi might've been easier to access from our room without help, but it wasn't a big deal

it would be even better if it had a pool/spa but there was a jacuzzi in the room

breakfast and evening meals were fabulous and the staff were very helpful and pleasant

be beneficial to add leisure facilities like a swimming pool and spa facilities

my daughter and i had expert treatments at the spa with catriona and haley

cooked breakfast was just ok. maybe because we down at 11am.

with stunning views hotel staff very friendly food excellent rooms warm and very clean , pool and spa great highly recommend it

was lovely & so tasty, kids were in room & staff sent their breakfast up to room for

breakfast great, chef made great pancakes and perfect chit chat. food in bar was exceptional.
