i liked the pool and good breakfast.

counter person stated he ordered shuttle but had not.

breakfast was plentiful and delicious

breakfast was nice and better than most hotels in this price range

no gym, or pool available due to remodel/upgrading

room very new & modern feeling - not like typical hotel room decor. great gym & restaurant.

the location was perfect for walking the downtown and the snack bar fit my needs very well

shower was missing a shelf to put a razor on and a bar for ladies to rest a foot on

rated the 'facilities' down as the gym was closed for refurbishment

they could have better snacks and breakfast options.

i tried calling room service for some water and was able to get a hold of them the first time

the bathtub didnt even ever fill up with hot water we didnt have a menu in our room for room service

the pool and fitness room were amazing!

the pool could have been a little cleaner but it was decent

just a sorry, was not offered any towles etc and had to ask for them, then we went to krder room service 15 min befor the kitchen closed and was told sorry we have already closed the kitchen,
