poor wifi service

room service was very slow

hotel was very accommodating and allowed me early check in and late check out at no charge which was very helpful

we also had a bit of trouble finding the shuttle stop at the airport on the rainy cold night we arrived

was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us with our two (5+2 year old) tired kids

there were 6 ev chargers and all 6 were full with non electric cars meaning they couldn t be used

can t fault the property for one of the ev charger was bad but i still gat my car charged with a spare till morning

are very thin, so you could hear kids quite loudly in rooms crying and running up and down corridors early in the morning and in

at first we were given a basement room, which i wasn't very happy with as it was stuffy and the laundry next door was very loud

room was comfortable, we slept very well each night and on our last day, we stayed in, enjoyed room service and chilled

pool was closed for necessary maintenance wotk but that is really the only issue

great range of onsite facilities for anyone interested in spa, pool, dining, laundry services, concierge

we had room service breakfast both days and the pancakes/irish breakfast were so good

a quick and easy room service of simple late night food would be good
