superb communication from staff as i asked for early check in

the room was clean and very comfortable and they have a spa and gym as well as a great bar and grill

it was also really good that the hotel offer hot evening meals via pre order/room service

thought the bar was overpriced

the evening i was advised to get room service, their wasn't a phone in the room

service exceptional both for room service and reception/back office mgt
