kirkwood is great. manager tried to make it better and gave us late check out.

ev charger on site is by chargepoint and its on the slow side (22 miles/hr) but it's sufficient for (+) the two chargepoint j1772 ev chargers at the property were very convenient to use for my plug-in hybrid ev (+)it has an ev charger on site

location is outstanding; very close to casinos and right across from the lake, but there are rooms nearby for also around $80/ night that

very close to town, you can walk to the nearby shops if you want to leave your car at the lodge parking lot

the room is clean, parking is acceptable

the breakfast was pretty good, all the kids liked the options and i did too

stacks of mattresses in the parking area as well as bins for laundry

the location is close to casinos and the lake but it’s not in a great neighborhood.

the pool and hottub were a real treat and we especially appreciated the heated pool with the snow

the on-site coffee shop and kitchen had a great selection of drinks and the crepes were great

good to have ev charging available, but it was not free and not always available

a massive perk is we hired an electric vehicle and there are 2 chargepoint ev chargers on site

a larger pool?

did not use the pool as it was closed for winter but it should be good for summer guests

also a communal kitchen facility is provided for guests of deaired

only because of covid there were some things unavailable. spa and daily house keeping

location , hotel grounds are immaculate and staff are great pool and spa are a great asset with lakefront and mountain

the bistro restaurant on site was delicious, went had dinner and breakfast and everything was great

the shuttle was on command until 11 and they took you within a few miles of the resort
