parking on site including usage of ev charges which was a great bonus

staff ,great location ,so dog friendly ev charging point ,short walk to llanberis path to snowdon,great village including friendly shops

the sports bar next door is a fun place to spend some time playing snooker and darts

there was live music in the hotel bar but it was not too loud in our room

all of the staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant and bar

nothing ( although a change of cd playing in the bar would be good )

prime and beautiful location, breakfast was perfect

the service at breakfast was simply outstanding, every drink poured for us at the bar came with laughs, smiles and loads of history and advice

3 ev chargers in the parking lot made charging a breeze and the whole village is just beautiful and

the location is ideal, we had room service and always went to the restaurant the food is incredible

i also liked the fact they had an ev charger so i could top up for the next day (50kw) although be aware it has a 10 overstay (+)great having ev charger for overnight charge (-) i also liked that the hotel had ev chargers too

in fact the only thing that got us out of bed was the amazing breakfast

was amazingly tasty, service flawless - everyone was lovely especially jenny on reception and bar who remade our drinks when we weren t keen on the vodka in the martinis, and lent me her

the hotel is in an excellent location for walks along the river and also playing golf at betws-y-coed 9 hole course

food was excellent, balcony overlooking the sea from room 5 and the outdoor bar area overlooking the bay that closed in when a sea fret came in

breakfast was also excellent as they served very good kippers
