the two employees there on saturday, july 18, 2020 that drove the shuttle to the casino were wonderful

to the casino was enclosed but it wasn’t and the weather was cold and rainy and there were no shuttles available our fridge didn’t work the ice

we took my mother in law for the casino very clean and close to everything

loved that they had ev charging in the back for my car

they had a nice indoor pool and the breakfast was very good

breakfast was great, beds are comfortable, and the pool was nice and warm.

the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was run very well and clean.

i think that the pool should be open later and/or open sooner

that said, we did have a drink in the bar (don't know which) and it was lovely (+)nice place and great bar service in hotel and casino. (+) there's a bar in the hotel too (+)the bar service (+) had 1 bartender who remembered my wife's preferred drink even though we only met him once and had q drink (+) nice bar in the lobby as well as the ones in the (-)one bar was being renovated so they were working out of a food truck the food came out good but (+)loved how cleaned it was, the bar had great bartender and food (+) i had a delicious steak dinner at the casino bar and grill (+)so fresh looking loved the eclectic colors. loved the bar area.

i didn't like were covid mandated - the courtyard, restaurant and bar were closed

breakfast was not included. last year it was. this year there was a charge

the room is spacious too with a nice bed, gym tools , lg tv and a safe

we understood with the pandemic that they were not doing room service, but we were upset when we brought our own food and were not allowed access to the

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very late the evening we were checking out and the hotel was so generous

i thought that the gym facility was outstanding

breakfast was simple and delicious

definitely more there for kids or people who don't mind being stinky

we came to get the kids out of the heat because it was very

breakfast buffet!

the lobby was great from the bar to the very nice staff

they should have towed the non-ev that was blocking the second ev charger spot.

was an ev charger that was available and everything about the room worked perfectly

went for a swim on new years, had an amazing breakfast, enjoyed the free parking, and it had an ev charger for our rental

the kitchen staff kept it neat and clean and everything stocked in a timely manner

staff was very nice and allowed us early check in since our arrival was early.
