ev charging is expensive

i own an ev and selected the hotel for a night on a road trip specifically for the ev chargers on site

the property have ev charger

garden, the pool and the location

room was great in size, hotel bar has great drinks, love the fireplace in the lobby

also had ev chargers

the hotel allowed me to early check in as i arrived prior to the stated check in time with no hassle

but if you're going to disneyland with young kids, the location is all it matters

they have a pool side bar with tables and chairs and you can order from the restaurant and eat pool side which was very

the restaurant was open but still takeout/room service

kitchen area well equipped

the bar staff were overly accommodating

aff was awesome)

breakfast was very good, maybe add another meat dish. but very good varieties.

rooms were so spacious, loved the added kitchen and full size fridge

within walking distance of disneyland, professional, courteous staff, cleanliness, comfort, pool and hot tub, room service were all wonderful

the design was beautiful. i also loved the pool area for kids.

pool was a little poor

there was also a pool & spa facilities which was an option if not visiting the park

, large , pool was clean and had umbrella tables to sit at , lounge chairs , a bar , snack bar , coffee lounge , sitting area , restaurant

laundry washer didn’t work well because it didn’t wet all of my clothes and the dryer coin

that there was a laundry room.

next time i book i will ask for a bottom floor especially traveling with kids who need a stroller

very close to disneyland. bunk beds in the rooms for the kids

location was close to disney land, heated pool, gym and breakfast buffet

super healthy options and some tasty ones for the kids

they upgraded us to a bunk bed room and our kids just went crazy for it

kids loved heated pool

the on-site pizza place was awesome delicious and open late, which was we also appreciated the ev chargers

its close to the park for walking distance and a plus with the ev chargers for our tesla

walking distance to dl park entrance, dog friendly, ev chargers, and helpful friendly hotel staff

ev chargers were not free, very expensive at $1

staff were friendly and wifi worked well

parking service ev charging is free

location,around restaurants , room service, clean beautiful garden will absolutely stay there

limited menu for room service, but again, expected due to covid

roof top bar closes before the bar in the lobby

i didn’t want to alarm the kids by telling them this

the room was quiet even with lots of families / kids around

denny's breakfast and clean and comfortable room

smelly carpets and outdated gym

we loved the pool and spa , little pool perfect for kids

get rid of carpet in the rooms, heat the pool, and late check out being extended.

went smooth from checking in to check out my kids love the breakfast before disneyland for the

wifi was in and out during my stay.

restaurants and room service also very good

your staff out at the pool bar were top tier

they also gave us a complimentary late check out which made our day much easier

convenient to disneyland extremely comfortable great room service responsible helpful staff

the guest laundry would not accept my credit cards, the front desk was not helpful at all about the issue

pool was just the right size

suited 2 adults and 4 kids

parking was right in front of our room

wonderful hotel for our family of 4 with 2 kids

parking lot is very small

staff was friendly, gym was nice and the beds are comfortable.

sheraton is a beautiful property with a lush/garden pool/spa area, large lobby (very clean & beautifully decorated), large rooms with a view of disney (+) pool was great (+)location, food and the pool (+), and pool open until 10:00pm (+)- location is very close to the parks, restaurants and stores - close to outlet malls - heated pool and spa - marketplace - on site bar - on site (+) the pool was perfect (+)i loved the pool area and it was decorated nicely. the photos of disneyland was a nice touch. friendly staff at bar downstairs and cleanliness of rooms

although i was too exhausted to enjoy the pool or the outdoor deck during this stay, everything about the property left a great impression

the hotel and gym was great
