it's a beautiful hotel with great pool and beach areas. the staff were friendly and helpful.

spite of charging for $50 per night extra pet fee, the room was stinking of wet dog smell when we entered
we always get the pool view room
check-in, gym, and breakfast area was in a separate building from the rooms
park is right next to the hotel which is a plus if you hve kids and the 5min walking distance to beach

the pool was really nice too
could hear a lot of noise from pool and outside room
it was in a good location and we were able to utilise the golf cart shuttles during our trip which was a big bonus
also would've been nice to have a shuttle, the trolley was late and had issues and took us almost 3 hours to get back to the hotel

the food at the on-site bar and grill was disappointing
pool closed at 8pm
our view was of the courtyard/pool but we were high enough up we could also see the ocean from our balcony - side angle
updated everything and the pool was beautiful especially at night.
