breakfast variety wasnt quite be what we've seen in other places

at this time in our culture, they were short staffed so the breakfast was not continually fully stocked

everything, the pool was great and a delicious breakfast every morning

as a bonus, they have multiple ev charging stations ( i do not not own an ev, so i can't say how operational they are)

room was clean. breakfast was decent. staff was very nice. loved the ev chargers!

only thing the kids complained about was that the pool was a little too warm

the swimming pool. too dark.

the pool wasn’t open due to covid but i understand that’s the o my thing i didn’t like

christmas tree lighting was on friday night and because of this the bar and lounge areas were absoutely packed with a lot of people not actually staying in the hotel

went to bar once we were checked in , 3 bar staff, one new team member corey

are still working out the kinks with room service because it was very hard to get ahold of someone to get food

had to walk to and take elevator to guest services to connect with room service

great coffee shop, bar and restaurant

indoor pool or hot tub but that didn’t ruin our trip or sway us away from staying with y’all this past

i like it cause it was clean and feel safe. breakfast was great!

the free laundry facilities were a major plus especially being there a week

was surprised at the full kitchen amenities, free laundry and spacious work desk

the bed was in another room it was like being in an apartment. the kitchen was great.

kind of confusing knowing which parking lot to turn in to get to hotel.

the kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, loved the pull out table, plenty of lighting

lots of room. the swimming pool was nice.

i never even knew about the free wifi. i was only told about the free breakfast when i arrived

didn't have a great check in at all, the ceiling fan was full of filth, the room service never came in which they were supposed to, then the front counter manager tried
